No, and you never will. You add subscriptions yourself, or import them from a file you already have. The app doesn't do bank logins — on purpose.
On your phone. If you switch on iCloud sync in Settings, it also rides along in your own iCloud so it shows up on your other devices — but that's your iCloud, not my server.

Yeah. Each subscription keeps its own currency, and the app converts everything into your home currency for the totals. Those conversions are estimates for a quick glance — your statement is the source of truth.
Hand it a CSV, screenshot, or statement PDF and it reads it right on your phone. It shows you what it found; you tick what's correct and add it. It's still a Beta feature, so give the results a look before saving.
No — it just takes it off your running total. You'll still need to cancel with the service directly. I don't want to pretend the app did something it didn't.

Yes. The only time it needs the internet is to grab today's currency rates, and to sync with iCloud if you turned that on.
